Since the beginning of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, China has taken a "neutral" position. Given its growing influence around the world in general and on Putin's regime in particular, the international community calls on its leadership to take a proactive position. Beijing released its Position paper on the political settlement in Ukraine, however, it is constructed contradictory and raises questions. The traditional vision of Chinese peacemaking within the framework of "Developmental peace" also does not help to clarify the approach. The seminar is planned to present a study on alternative views of the Chinese conflict resolution, rooted in culture, and an analysis of the Chinese "Peace plan" for Ukraine based on it.
